As our first Product Designer at Cutr, you'll be the driver behind the creation of easy-to-use products that are visually appealing to our customers. Your responsibilities will include the whole product development cycle from conducting user research, to defining producing specifications, concepting, detailed design, handover to engineering, design support, and QA. We're looking for an entrepreneur to join our team of entrepreneurs. You're all about figuring out what products and features tie in with market and customer needs.
You have the ability to take the perspective of customers and think critically about what will bring them value.
You're comfortable with early stage - speaking to customers and figuring out what they want. Working off anecdote and self-researching are natural for you.
You're a flow expert, and quite happy pulling out simple user experience from complicated situations.
You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements. - You make choices based on research, testing and user data and not on assumptions.
You have strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
You're motivated by equity, owning a big chunk of an early stage business and working constantly to make it successful.
