We use technology to provide comprehensive tailor-made programs designed by leading doctors & coaches. By owning the entire ADHD patient experience from diagnosis to medication & coaching combined with community support we help people better manage their ADHD.
We are a fiercely ambitious team. Since launching in April 2021, we have helped tens of thousands of people manage their ADHD (as well as being the #1 ADHD app) and we’re just getting started. We think through everything from first-principles and value logic over experience. In order to move fast, we learn fast. We believe in learning by doing, so we jump straight in. About the Role
⋅⋅* Lead Inflow’s product design efforts and own our user experience to enable our cross-functional team to cater to our members’ needs while meeting business objectives.
⋅⋅* Develop a strong understanding of member needs' through user research and use that data to inform design decisions
⋅⋅* Effectively validate our designs through rapid prototyping and testing with an overall goal of improving activation metrics
⋅⋅* Act as a true team lead who manages other designers, helps hire top talent in the department, and defines, owns, and improves our overall design processes
⋅⋅* Help us deliver a consistent, high-quality product and UX to our members
⋅⋅* Maintain a scalable design system that allows us to move quickly

Job requirements
⋅⋅* 4+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years at a high-growth startup
⋅⋅* Experience with end-to-end design processes
⋅⋅* Strong technical understanding and understanding of feasibility
⋅⋅* First principles thinker
⋅⋅* Deep experience with usability testing principles
⋅⋅* Highly analytical and comfortable with A/B testing
⋅⋅* Strong visual design skills
⋅⋅* Strong written and verbal communication skills
⋅⋅* True team player - highly collaborative
