GiveCampus is looking for a driven, talented, and experienced Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role as we work to connect the dots between our business, our products, and our users. This individual will be a core member of our Product team, working cross-functionally to surface insights and make recommendations that will shape everything from day-to-day product decisions to broader company strategy. They will report to the Director of Product and work in close partnership with Engineering, Marketing, Partner Operations, Partner Success, and Business Development.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES
- Impact: Define, execute, and package findings from analyses that drive thought leadership, inform product decisions, and support more effective customer use of our platform
- Foundations: Create and automate product reporting across the business to support decision making. Build dashboards to enable real-time visibility into partner and product performance and to support ongoing optimization
- Implementation: Define and implement a rigorous and scalable A/B testing process that enables product teams to launch tests quickly and iterate based on data
- Expertise: Be the go-to company expert on all things data, including extracting / collecting, cleaning, wrangling, analyzing, insights generation, storytelling, data strategy, and predictive modeling
- User Success: Be an empathetic advocate for our partner schools, end users, and internal team members
EXPERIENCE
- Leadership: Led high stakes, end-to-end analytical projects in a consulting, high growth, or high performing environment that had concrete, measurable business impact
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or related experience where medium to large sets of data were used to drive successful business outcomes
- Technical: Strong SQL fluency; experience with programming languages (Python or R), and data visualization tools
- Analytics: Strong grasp of and experience with statistical methodology, multivariate analysis, experimental design, and data mining; experience translating data into insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations
- Product: Direct experience using behavioral data to understand and tell the story of how users are interacting with a product or service, and then to inform product and business decisions
