Who are we?
Resquared is a Y-Combinator company building an AI-powered marketing and sales platform for reaching local businesses. In the past two years, we graduated from YC, scaled our team from 5 to 30+, and reached profitability while maintaining growth in 2023.
What problem are we solving?
Selling to small businesses can be incredibly painful — so much so that selling door-to-door is still common practice. With Resquared, any industry that sells to local businesses (commercial real estate, insurance, marketing agencies) can get access to an exclusive database of small businesses in their region and contact hundreds of businesses in just a few clicks.
Who are you?
You’re excited about taking Resquared’s product analytics to the next level, driving product usage and feature adoption. You can build and organize our product analytics data, making regular presentations to leadership about the current state of product usage and recommendations for future product decisions that increase company revenue.
You’re comfortable working with large datasets or and/or have built data pipelines in the past. Comfort with Mixpanel and other product analytics software is a plus.
Lastly, you have the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, a strong work ethic, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and organize product analytics data: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets related to product usage and performance.
- Design and implement data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and storage.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain accurate and reliable analytics.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management and stakeholders, showcasing the current state of product usage, user behavior, and key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making and support future product development.
- Continuously enhance the product analytics infrastructure by leveraging tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of product features and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience working with large datasets and/or building data pipelines
- Experience visualizing product data for reports / presentations
- Skilled with both numbers / math AND digital / SaaS products
- Nice to have: Coding (Javascript, Python, Matlab, SQL)
