Singapore's No 1 fastest-growing company in 2021 is looking for a Product Analyst. We’re looking for analysts to harvest insights, and build a competitive advantage using predictive data to improve every aspect of our business, including our pricing strategies, demand and supply matching efficiencies, and operational excellence.
You will have ownership over important project areas that include defining the roadmap of product analytics. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and other stakeholders to help us make better data-driven decisions about our products.
What you will be doing:
• Determine what needs to be tracked and measured. You will be responsible for tracking user interactions and clickstream data to understand customer behavior
• Evaluate and define product and business KPIs and metrics along with Product Managers and Product Designers
• Democratize data by building customized dashboards & reports for relevant stakeholders
• Offer deep-dive analysis to key stakeholders across all teams and products, in order to determine product features and UX optimization strategies
• Combined with the performance of product data, support the design of data strategy, data products, user portraits, and other related data modules.
• Analyze usage, conversion, adoption, and retention data and share actionable insights across all the product teams
• Explore and extract insights from a dataset of car users and vehicle data, including behavioral, economic, and interaction of supply and demand on our, and our partners' platforms across Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand
What you will need:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or quantitative/analytical field in the technology space (e.g. product analytics, data science, performance marketing, growth analytics, etc)
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, ideally with considerable proficiency in data analysis languages such as R, Python, and database SQL
• Proven experience in using data to drive product development and decision-making, preferably working directly with engineers and wider cross-functional product teams.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and web analytics
• Experience with creating dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker etc
• Experience with tools such as Rudderstack is highly preferred
