Job role: Pre-sales Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
Salary range: 4.5 LPA- 5.5 LPA
Please note that this is an on-site role.
Responsibilities
Make calls in order to qualify or disqualify leads
Onboard freelancing architects, architecture firms and interior design studios on to the platform
Building and expanding long-term and high impact relationships
Ensuring new and repeat business from clients
Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in building win-based proposals and pricing
Display a systemic approach to handling meaningful contract negotiations/deals with multiple clients at a time
Requirements
Prior experience of working in Sales, Marketing and/or other Business centric teams
Prior experience in target based roles
Experience conducting outreach campaigns (e.g. linkedin reachouts, cold calling, in person meetings, walk ins. etc.)
Hands-on experience of working with sales is preferred
Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work as a part of a tight-knit team.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
