Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
• Scouting, contacting, and introducing new creators to the company
• Work with scouting, operations, talent, DRM, and commercial teams
• Maintain talent database with contact details, adding 50 per month or as required by different department needs
• Manage specific talent/s as directed by Head of SEA
• Identify trends and success strategies across multiple verticals of content
• Research of YouTube, Spotify, and other podcast platform trends specific to ID market
• Watch and review video content for our assets with speed and accuracy
• Identify trends and success strategies across many categories of content
• Organized Data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized Data in Collab’s Proprietary Software
Qualifications :
• Existing relationships with video KOLs especially in Gaming verticals
• Existing relationships with conventional and digital media in Indonesia
• Undergraduate Degree is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Bahasa
• 3 years professional experience in the online video industry and community management
• Experience with YouTube channel management
• Strong understanding of the online video market including YouTube, Vine, Instagram, Snapchat, Musical.ly, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other digital platforms
