It is our mission to provide opportunities for untapped potential in the Philippines by providing students with a new way of getting a Computer Science education. About the role
As a Growth Associate focused on Outcomes, you will be in charge of developing critical business relationships with career partners. You will work hand-in-hand with students on their job seeker journey. Your job will involve sourcing leads, managing partner accounts to fulfill hiring demand and working with students to guarantee their career placement after the course.
We're looking for a generalist who can execute various growth functions. It's a multi-faceted role that requires constant learning and adaptation. If you're excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-growth startup, this role could be for you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Placement team to develop both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies to acquire Career Partners.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Learning and Student Success team to ensure that all students are job-ready to fulfill companies' hiring demands.
- Help the team build scalable products and processes that improve job placement.
- Manage the sales process from prospect to close.
- Gather feedback on information that directly affects the hiring process of graduates working on a specific partner account.
- Support, guide and encourage graduates through the career placement journey & experience.
- Prepare course graduates for their job search, provide resume advice, facilitate a behavioral and technical mock interview, and be the responsive go-to for all job search matters.
- Conduct weekly job seeker check-ins and offer one-on-one appointments.
- Track and meet activity targets to support your weekly and monthly goals.
What you'll need
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience working on Sales, Business Development and Growth in a fast-growing tech startup.
- 2+ years of managing sales and account management roles to deliver and exceed revenue goals and quotas.
- You are familiar with modern practices in adult learning, tech recruitment and career advising.
- You are goal-oriented and have an innate drive to achieve and hit targets.
- Experience building scalable operations to support company growth.
- You value processes and best practices to achieve consistent outcomes.
- You are not intimidated by change and ambiguity.
- You have a 'do things that don't scale' mentality.
