About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of partner photographers shooting on our platform. As a Photographer Application Reviewer on this team, you will be challenged to review applications from professional photographers around the world and determine who to invite to join our platform. Your impact on recruiting and onboarding new photographers will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.
What you'll do:
- Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our community of photographers
- Review photographer applications and rate them on photo quality, experience and equipment
- Interview and screen photographers before they join our platform.
- Create tailored feedback for applicants
- Audit the work of photographers on the platform to make sure they are delivering world class photos to clients
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What you'll need:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 3+ years of experience with professional photography and photo editing
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Deep knowledge of photography equipment
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
Job Benefits:
- PHP 40-60K/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
