This role will be responsible for generating relevant leads for the Sales team to convert into closed sales transactions. It manages the performance marketing budget and is responsible for the improvement of the returns, in form of quality and quantity of leads -- for every single unit of the house being sold. It is also responsible to achieve the sales target, a shared KPI with the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Defining the combination of online and offline (O2O) channels
• Analyzing the current performance of the online channels, including FB & IG, Google, Tiktok channels
• Building the creative team (graphic designer, copywriter, photo+video grapher, social media admins) -- and deploy them to support all other functions (Sales, PR especially)
• Manage the social media presence (organic marketing)
• Manage the social media, search engine and other types of ads (paid marketing)
• Execute and support all brand visual representation of the company in multiple events, in coordination with the PR team and relevant third parties contractors
• Maintaining the flexibility, speed, and quality of the deliverables
• Maintain intensity of relationship with channel partners and latest technology providers
Requirements:
• The candidate needs to have at minimum 4 years of experience managing (paid) performance marketing in multiple channels, i.e. Google/SEM, FB&IG, Tiktok, etc. Ideally on top of that, also had exposure to organic (non-paid), i.e. SEO, social media management. Had worked with
• The creative team (designers, copywriters, video/photographers),
• Tech or product teams closely, and
Social media teams.
• Preferably has worked for 1-2 years in VC backed start-up
