Clinikally is looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable, organized, and process-driven Head of People/HR Manager to drive and own the HR function for Clinikally’s ~75 employees across various roles and layers.
As our strategic HR leader, you'll design and implement comprehensive people programs that drive performance, engagement, and organizational growth. Leveraging your startup expertise, you'll build a world-class HR function that supports our business objectives and cultivates a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, bringing innovative HR practices that attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-evolving startup environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop HR strategies that align seamlessly with business objectives
- Design and implement comprehensive people policies and talent programs
- Drive end-to-end recruiting, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and cultural fit

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience in startup environments, with demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and people operations
- Comprehensive recruiting experience in high-growth startup settings
- Exceptional communication skills across verbal and written platforms
- Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives in startup contexts
- Ability to develop HR strategies, collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders, and execute technical HR responsibilities
