Two Dots is a rapidly growing startup located on the beach in Venice, CA. We have an intense performance culture and work hard to achieve our goals. We are also working in the office 5 days a week. We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to recruit both technical and non-technical talent, reporting directly to the CEO. This job is focused on sourcing candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through networking and recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments for qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews with team members.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a startup.
- Understanding of technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
