We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People Team. People Business Partner for Tech responsibilities include partnership with Tech Leaders to develop the organization design & increase the organization capabilities in Tech Team to support the business growth. You will also be working on the ground with Tech Team members to gather insight to improve the working experience. Ultimately you will be helping Tech Leaders to run the effective & productive people management in Tech Team

What you'll do:
• Partnering with Tech Leaders to design the organization in Tech Team
• Regularly checking employee conditions to gather insight & feedback, also to provide advisory
• Helping Tech Leaders to solve & tackle issues related to people management
• Facilitating People policy, process & system to be executed in Tech Team
• Facilitating Tech Team to connect with People Team
• Maintain organization database & provide analytics
• Conduct internal events, sharing sessions, training, etc in Tech Team
• Maintain internal engagement & reduce retention across Tech Team
What you'll need:
• Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner with 7+ years of experience
• Understanding end to end HR process with emphasis on Organization & People Development, also Internal Engagement
• Familiarity & experience with the Tech environment
• Ability to connect, align & engage with Tech Team
• Ability to navigate ambiguity & managing stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Preferably someone who has experience in start-up, digital industry or tech company
