Description
The People & Culture team is looking for a motivated intern to join the team. This opportunity will mainly focus on working with stakeholders across the organization to roll out new People-focused initiatives. This role is based in Singapore and will be directly reporting to the Regional Director of Talent Strategy & Business Partnership.
Responsibilities
• Support regional people-related projects including COVID-related tasks from conceptualization to completion of tasks/projects.
• Continually drive process improvement in operational excellence to meet business objectives
• Prepare and provide important project updates and reports for key stakeholders
• Support Health & Safety (H&S) matters to ensure employee wellness is taken care of in our offices and fulfillment centers
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and reporting needs
Requirements
• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources or related field
• Prior internship in Project Management is desired but not mandatory
• Is experienced in using Google-suite office tools such as G-sheets, G-Docs
• Ability to prepare detailed and concise reports and memos
• Able to multitask with strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
