Payments Engineer Manager

At Grow (Yellow/Grin) we care a lot about changing the world. We move thousands of people every day around the world in a smart, fun and inclusive way. Our Payment solutions include Credit Cards top-ups, but also many other ways, like Bank Accounts and Money, through Points of Sale and P2P transfer - allowing many people that not have access to banks or cards be part of these mobility changes.

Our Payment Systems are required to be fast, reliable and to support millions of transactions of money in/out, pay bills, prepaid phones top-ups, and many other payment operations

This is a Leadership position at Grow, reporting directly to CTO. You will be focused on building our Payments Platforms, providing mentoring to the engineers, and empowering people who bring these products to life.

Your routine:

• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams within the Financial Products
• Coordinate Development of new features and fix bugs in our Java-based code
• Hiring the team
• Work side-by-side with the product team to design the best Financial solutions
• Collaborate in building and enforcing the roadmap
• Manage and prioritize team tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with architecture and code design decisions
• Guarantee high performance and high availability of all systems
• Coordinate pentests in our Financial Products
• Coordinate efforts to keep fraud in low rates
