About this role Treasury Prime is looking for a talented Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing organization. In this role, your goal is to drive growth and increase market awareness for Treasury Prime to generate a new pipeline; you will achieve this by designing and executing messaging, content, and events with partners that enhance our brand position and drive results.
You will develop a deep understanding of our target audience, motivators, pain points, and personalities and use that to define and execute the marketing strategy to deeply connect with our target audience, i.e., fintechs.
This new role blends skill sets across product marketing, partner marketing, and business development. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and data-oriented partner marketing manager to lead our partner solutions GTM initiatives. Together with partners like Alloy, Unit21, FIS Marqeta, and Piermont Bank, Treasury Prime is helping businesses have a more significant business impact by building financial features into their products. We need a Partner Marketer to develop joint GTM plans and drive growth in our mutual businesses. You'll define the scope and specifics of the marketing partnership, educate both organizations on the value of the partnership and the specifics of the joint offering, and execute external go-to-market activities. This will play a critical role in Treasury Prime's future growth with robust executive-level visibility.
This position will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the partnership and product team.
What You'll Do
- Partner Events: Develop and execute a to-partner events strategy that encompasses partner-facing lunch & learns, workshops, and executive-level events
- To Partner Communications: Driver & owner of an end-to-end partner communications strategy that uses multiple marketing communication channels to drive partner reach & engagement across the partner life cycle.
- Partner Value Prop: Become a subject matter expert on Treasury Prime partner use cases and implement a clear, concise partner value proposition that serves as the foundation for all partner communications & events.
- Partner Feedback: Build a strategy and process to understand/measure partner feedback to inform Treasury Prime's strategy
- Partner Gifting: Develop and execute a scalable global partner gifting engine aligned to broader partner campaigns and has clear measurements in place.
- Treasury Prime Events: Work closely with the corporate events team to drive partner engagement at in-person events through sponsorship, content, and promotion.
- Partner Marketing Campaigns: Driver of partner-focused end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligning to the partner lifecycle (partner recruit, onboarding, etc.) to drive awareness and action.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate marketing & partner sales team to strengthen partnerships through strong partner communications & partner events. Internally evangelizing partners is a key pillar of how Treasury Prime goes to market.
- Measurement: Continually analyze, track and optimize all efforts. Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against funding and time investments.
You may be a good fit for this role if you have
- Marketing: 4 + years of B2B marketing experience. Fintech and/ or Partner Marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Partner Audience: Ability to deeply understand the needs of the partner audience needs and build/land a campaign strategy that addresses those needs
- Communications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Content: Confident in repurposing and writing compelling partner marketing content.
- Salesforce: Knowledge and experience in the Salesforce ecosystem preferred
- Analytical: Strong ability to wrangle with the flow of data and look beyond just the numbers to see the underlying patterns and trends.
- Marketing Systems: Comfortable using Marketo & Salesforce.
- Builder: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and marketing, with the ability to build.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration, project management skills, and excellent execution. Enjoys jumping in on challenges in a hyper-growth business.
- Approach: A sense of humor and grace under pressure. High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the fintech business.
