Role

This role plays a crucial part in Easol’s growth journey. You will be responsible for owning the entire ‘Easol Partners' business unit within the Customer Success Team.

Easol Partners provide essential services to our creators, such as strategy, design, web development, marketing, box office management and much more. You will be working directly with all internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance), our customer base of creators and external partners.

With an entrepreneurial mindset you will be creating, building and managing our partner directory - ensuring we are continually developing our network and reach. You will be accountable for developing and growing this revenue stream and ensuring our current creator base requirements are delivered via our Easol partner ecosystem.

You will recruit and train Easol partners with specialisms in areas of need, including educating the partners on developments of the Easol platform. You will provide strategic guidance to Easol’s creators to drive value from the partner network to ensure qualified work is measured, tracked and successfully delivered in a timely manner via success metrics.

You will be Easol’s eyes and ears for market necessities to feedback to product teams to educate road maps. Ideally, you will have a commercial, growth lead background and have started business units from scratch. The role will include navigating partner experience, creator requirements, syncing deliverables and timelines to ensure a successful partnership for all parties involved.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and grow partner directory to widen Easol’s networking reach.
  • Help creators achieve their objectives by understanding their business, success measures and their challenges.
  • Project manage partner deliverables, including milestones and payments.
  • Ensure that our customer success strategy results in an increased customer lifetime value.
  • Scout new opportunities within creators’ requirements to scope more work for Easol Partners.
  • Measure, analyse and report on partner project progress in a weekly cadence.
  • Design and automate a best-in-class customer feedback loop, advocate for the customers' needs and work closely with product and engineering to develop the most impactful and relevant new platform solutions and features.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You have a solid background in website build, design or advertising with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Equally valuable would be a background as a business owner in content creation, graphic design or creative project management or as Chief of Staff.
  • That said, we are open to extraordinary talent from a variety of backgrounds but you must be genuinely passionate about commercial, technology and the experience industry.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to dissect and interpret large sets of data.
  • You are highly empathetic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a valid working visa for the UK.
