Your opportunity
Join our tight-knit early-stage distributed team that thrives on interesting technical challenges and building magical products that improve people's lives. As our first Technical Account Manager, you are our enterprise customers' trusted advisor and a critical part of the customer success team at CoinTracker. As our eyes and ears in the field, you will find new use cryptocurrency cases and help our customers solve their most pressing problems. You will be a highly visible technical and product expert in CoinTracker's offerings, learning and knowing how to work with and leverage our latest solutions. Outcomes for this role will be contributing to the growth team objectives of new crypto tax users and portfolio subscribers through strategic partnerships.

You will
-
Launch and own a developer portal with an Open Spec for partners to integrate their API into CoinTracker

Build and maintain developer relations with 100 scaled partners across exchanges, wallets, NFT platforms, blockchains, dApps, etc. to ensure high quality integrations

Work with clients to answer their technical product or integration questions. When technical issues arise, you’ll leverage internal tools, teams, and resources to ensure customers meet their development and integration milestones

Support partners as they test, pilot, and launch CoinTracker integrations

Collaborate with our internal engineering, design, product, and partnership teams to inform the product roadmap

Supervise all release management and change management processes to ensure protection from any disruptions
