As an Outbound Account Executive, your role is to accelerate revenue attainment for the organization. We are looking to work alongside individuals who are excited about being in a closing role where they’ll spend their time cold-calling prospects, finding pain and needs, demoing a solution, and ultimately closing business. You will leverage your communication and active listening skills to learn about our prospects, manage your pipeline, and propose solutions.

What you'll do
Fulfill an end-to-end inside sales cycle, from cold call to close. This includes executing sequences with phone calls, emails, social outreach and SMS, facilitating online product demos, and closing your own deals.
Execute a consultative sales process.
Independently manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects utilizing Hubspot Sales Hub.
Prospect new business by cold calling businesses typically with 200+ employees.
Be comfortable in a role that is testing scripting, sequences, and our overall pitch to different prospects across multiple industries, geographies, and company sizes.
Close business to achieve, if not exceed, daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Embrace a customer-obsessed mentality where the solutions you propose help the prospect see the value and resolve pain points.
Develop and implement GTM strategies and campaigns in partnership with marketing, growth, digital, and content marketing.
Inform the creation of collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey communicating the value of Breadcrumbs.
Create messaging and content as required to support ongoing outbound initiatives.
Participate in field and industry events.
Participate in win/loss analysis to understand why we win, where we win, who to target, and what to avoid.
Support research into competitive threats and challenges to understand how to position Breadcrumbs in a rapidly changing market.

You have 4+ years of SaaS Outbound Sales experience, most of it in a hunter/cold-calling sales role.
You have a passion for selling and a true hunter mentality.
You feel comfortable managing your time and deciding amongst competing priorities with minimal supervision.
You are adaptable and thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations where you can think independently.
You are energized by significantly improving a core metric (in this case, new MRR growth).
You are ambitious and driven.
You have outstanding English communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
You are able to coordinate across teams and iterate and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment.
