Responsibilities:
• Support onsite production and distribution at customer sites with full ownership
• Work with Project Execution team in overall system mechanical walkdown, development and execution of the overall commissioning plan
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations at customer sites
• Develop and train plus implement cross training to ensure staff are trained and qualified to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner
• Support driving operational transformation, focussing on operational efficiency improvement utilizing operation excellence tools (e.g. 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing)
• Identify, evaluate, develop and execute Reliability Improvement Program
• Ensure resources are fully optimised at the site
• Develop and execute key action plans to improve overall operations efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
• With experience
• Good interpersonal skills
