Operations Functional Lead

What you will do

1. You will get hands-on on one or more of the functions below
    - Business development: acquire clients and explore new demand segments
    - Client management: handle the day-to-day client orders and solve operations problems to ensure service quality. Coordinate order fulfillment to satisfy all necessary stakeholders
    - Analytics: collect and analyse operations data to better understand and serve clients' needs. 
    - Supply launch: develop supply growth in new cities
2. Convert operational problems to technical solutions
3. Build processes to maximize operational efficiency
4. Learn through fieldwork to empathize with GoLorry users 
5. Create workflows that empower team members 

About You

1. Strong drive to achieve and win. Outstanding track record of achievement in academics, profession, sports, etc.
2. Effective communication. Strong English communication is a must.
3. Good command of technical skills such as Excel, R, Python
4. Intelligent and smart
5. Uncompromising execution of strategy. Able to work for long hours.
