We are scaling referrals by building a community of scouts (who are top software engineer themselves) who keep recommending the best engineers to us. We then help the referrals find the best suited opportunities in top startups.
We are on a mission to democratise recruiting by giving that power to everyone. We enable anyone to become a scout or "mini-recruiter" by leveraging their social connections.

Responsibilities:
Manage communications to increase the pipeline of candidates.
You will be responsible for the experience of a subset of scouts and drive conversion for them.
You will need to call up candidates, qualify and convert them
You will need to run whatsapp, email or cold call campaigns to convert candidates
Contribute with ways of improving our referral process, and have input in improving our referral tool.
Be a part of creating systems and processes as we continue to grow and experiment.
Be an asset to the Chief Of Staff & CEO in whichever capacity you deem fit.
Eventually also lead a team of interns to drive conversions
