We're YC-backed and well funded with several years runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in 2023. We're looking for an Operations team member who can play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations, optimizing customer success & support, and enhancing team efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our customers and the growth of the company. We are seeking a motivated and analytically-minded individual who can handle complex problem-solving, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

⚡ What you'll do -Establish and refine operational processes to enhance customer experience and internal team efficiency -Develop tools and conduct tests to validate hypotheses, seeking new and innovative ways to better serve our customers and internal stakeholders -Analyze data and present insights to leadership and the full team, assisting in data-driven decision-making -Collaborate with different teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive positive change -Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of operational enhancements -Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks, recommending strategies for optimization

🎯 What we're looking for -2+ years experience in business operations, consulting, sales, or customer success (a bonus if for SaaS company or to SMBs) -Extremely organized and detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills. -Passion for solving problems; You’re always looking for better, more efficient ways of doing things -Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships / initiatives at the same time -Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Someone eager to learn and grow in operations and tech!
