Job Description:
Admin/Human Resources:
- Keep our internal database and HRMS up to date
- Recruitment and onboard new hires
- Application and processing of government grants
- Maintain welfare and general administrative duties
Finance:
- Book-keeping and preparation of invoices and monthly reports for merchants and clients. Based on accounting standards and regulations
- Supporting Investor Relation work for quarterly board meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- Familiarity with accounting databases and standard accounting procedures
- Meticulous in paperwork management and processing
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Salary negotiable
