About Dharma
Dharma is the Gateway to DeFi: a mainstream-friendly mobile app for doing anything in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) directly from your bank account in less than 10 minutes.
There are three core components to Dharma.
First, a non-custodial, smart contract wallet that gives users full control over their money, without having to worry about private key management or web3 transaction submission.
Second, native fiat on- and off-ramps that enable users to deposit to Dharma directly from their bank account, at Coinbase-parity prices & volume.
Third, a mainstream-friendly mobile app that supports any action in DeFi, from swapping and yield, to staking and governance votes.
In short, Dharma marries the strengths of fiat-enabled exchanges and non-custodial Web3 wallets, giving users the best of both worlds.
We are a small, resourceful, team (7 people!), working remotely across all US time zones.
About You:
- You’ve architected, built, deployed, and/or maintained excellent React Native applications with clean code to both App Store and Google Play
- You are an expert in React Native, Redux and JavaScript fundamentals and libraries
- You can adapt to changing priorities and manage stresses common in early-stage product development
- You are excited about working on meaningful, large-scale, mobile-first initiatives to allow for users to interact with and explore the world of DeFi
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You are an owner, taking pride in the product of your work and going above and beyond what is asked of you
- You work smart, and you also love to work hard
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
