About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper growth, the Mid-Market Photo Producer role is responsible for the success of photoshoots captured for all mid-market enterprise clients. They should have a strong creative eye and be able to translate a client's needs into a photographic reality. This involves creating appropriate guidelines to set up photographers for success on their shoots. The right candidate has a keen understanding of photography/videography and excellent communication skills. They will partner with photographers on delivering to clients all their content needs. They are client focused, career driven, and team players.
What you'll do:
- Talk with mid-market clients on creative calls to establish their creative needs
- Create relevant and custom photography briefs for each client
- Work with creative and operations team to understand client needs and expectations
- Understand different photo/video briefs for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients
- Create and track bookings for our enterprise clients from inception to final edits
- Brief photographers, answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues for both customers and photographers
- Ensure the final deliverables to clients meet Snappr quality standards and turnaround time requirements
- Collaborate with the creative and operations team to share relevant feedback and insights from the field
What you'll need:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with photographers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Expert understanding of the photography industry, including principles, concepts, equipment, and capture techniques.
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, manage workflows, prioritize effectively, and support other team members when necessary
- Fantastic phone and email etiquette
- Passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of US regions and geography preferred
