Major Responsibilities/Activities
Assist marketing team to implement all marketing promotion activities, ensure to conduct the marketing activities smoothly
• Prepare all relevant materials and documents including meeting/event agenda, invitation letter, advertising paper, registration form for all participants, etc
• Manage and coordinate with vendors to support the meeting/event
• Logistic support to the meeting/event including all booking management of transportation and accommodation, collection of participant list as well as meeting reception
• Involve all product marketing activities, timely complete meeting minutes
Assist in stock-take and marketing expense control
• Inventory management of product material and brand reminder
• Purchasing and payment process/system operation and maintenance to ensure all efficient marketing activities
• Regular review of all marketing expense reports, timely remind the marketing team for the budget control
Provide the administration service and support
• Provide all logistic support to all group marketing team members
• Coordinate all group marketing team meeting
• Support to check and submit the reimbursement report for all group team members
• Establish and manage all group marketing documents including contract, promotional material and approval form, fax, memo, and meeting minutes
