We have a unique opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join the Asia and Emerging Markets team to cover the South East Asia territory. The Marketing Specialist hired will take part in shaping the demand generation strategy for a growth business, launching new products into the market and developing the growth of existing products, interacting with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven, experienced professional capable of developing the marketing approach as well as taking a hands-on role in executing the marketing programs. B2B demand generation experience will equip the candidate with experiences in account-based marketing and lead generation strategies to build awareness, drive demand and nurture leads to sales opportunities.
About The Role
- These will be the main job duties:
- Develop and execute a regional lead generation strategy to build and accelerate pipeline
- Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with Sales and Proposition to deliver success. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
- Drive localized marketing plans and high touch marketing events and programs that increase awareness
- Develop digital strategy and execution for the market.
- Move prospects through the sales cycle by developing nurturing programs for leads
- Play a key role in developing business and product messaging for the market, acting as a quality checkpoint for all promotional output.
- Participate in regular regional marketing and sales reviews – the present impact of marketing efforts on sales pipeline, identify gaps in strategy, and revise marketing strategies to fill the gap
- Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of Marketing programs to stakeholders and the executive team
- Collect regional/local information that contributes to ongoing market research and supports the regional marketing/sales activities.
About You
You'll be a good fit if you have:
- You have experience in a B2B demand generation role, preferably in Technology or Professional Services.
- You have a deep understanding of core marketing concepts and how to build demand in the niche target segments.
- You have demonstrated experience partnering with sales leaders.
- You describe yourself as an expert when it comes to digital marketing and you have the drive to keep learning.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or equivalent)
- You have 3-5 years experience in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data analytics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines and objectives
- Ability to travel up to 20%
