As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all inbound and outbound programs. You will collaborate with your marketing peers to define program strategy, requirements, priorities, and metrics, and then implement the programs in HubSpot and other martech tooling. Additionally, you will educate our field organization on our marketing programs, how they support the field, and how the field can help with execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and take the lead on implementation of marketing programs across inbound and outbound channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing and sales peers on campaign messaging, branding, identity, etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to create the assets needed to support our programs.
- Implement marketing programs using a variety of martech tools spanning digital and offline channels that drive inbound interest in Veryfi technology for our target accounts and personas.
- Help to define strategies for optimizing the entire funnel (Top, Middle, Bottom), including acquisition, nurture, onboarding, and customer expansion programs.
- Educate our sales team on current and upcoming marketing programs, to enlist their support and align on priorities.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 3+ years of marketing programs experience.
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
- Expertise in the full martech stack.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, business productivity applications, and webinar hosting platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in marketing programs for a software developer audience.
- Hands-on experience implementing nurture, onboarding, and/or lifecycle flows in HubSpot.
