Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital marketing experience required)
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Preferred Qualifications
• Having experience in a marketing agency
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of analytic tools and Search Engine Marketing
• Knowledge of Gaming Industry
Responsibilities
• Craft unique strategies for both clients and marketing teams, including digital marketing, advertising, communication and creative
• Oversee all marketing activities within marketing department
• Execute projects to be high quality, on-time, and cost effective
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for marketing department
• Set, run, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand image is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
• Identify new opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisition, pricing, new services and features)
• Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution
• Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
