Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital marketing experience required)
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Preferred Qualifications
• Having experience in a marketing agency
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of analytic tools and Search Engine Marketing
• Knowledge of Gaming Industry
Responsibilities
• Craft unique strategies for both clients and marketing teams, including digital marketing, advertising, communication and creative
• Oversee all marketing activities within marketing department
• Execute projects to be high quality, on-time, and cost effective
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for marketing department
• Set, run, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand image is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
• Identify new opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisition, pricing, new services and features)
• Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution
• Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
About the role
As the Marketing Lead in our Game Solutions team your primary role and responsibility are to oversee all marketing activities including campaign. This responsibility involves assessing and creating the marketing plan and marketing strategy for clients, implementing planning, coordinating, and directing all marketing-related efforts. You are also accountable for conducting research and trends in game industry to ensure strong and consistent delivery that met our clients expectation and needs
