Experience & Requirements
• Bachelor degree from respectable University, preferably from Marketing-related majors
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a managerial position
• Prior experience background in marketing, marketing ops, social media strategy, especially for e-commerce/tech/startups/media/agency is a plus
• Action & result oriented, flexible, innovative, and able to work both independently and in the team as well as direct others
• Understand the market well, and keep up-to-date with trends
• Strong problem-solving and objective analytical acumen, comfortable in generating and evaluating metrics, forecasts, and analyses
• Ability to run internal digital/ media buying via the various digital platforms: Social Media Marketing and Google Products
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines
About the role
• Plan and organize marketing functions (product development, branding, communications, etc.)
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on market trends and the result of branding media investment activities
• Manage and optimize in all respects of performance marketing campaigns for agencies and/or internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Business Development and Customer Service team to conduct user research; and Product team to provide a custom report to support Marketing performance
• Monitor KPIs and budget of the product and marketing team (Revenue, MAU, ROI of channels, user retention, CAC, campaign cost, etc)
• Create, develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets
• Do post-mortem analysis for the campaign (all channels), feature test, and launch
• Oversee and groom the marketing team into a high-performance and inquisitive team - always asking and thinking about the objective and why first, before deep-diving into initiatives.
• Working with data analytics and conduct in-depth analysis about the website traffic, ROI, and conversion funnel from marketing initiatives
• Lead all aspects of campaign management against KPI’s in order to create a growth
