Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivery of actionable local insights, market-specific research and bringing localization of audience segmentation to life in market campaigns
• Interlock with global analytics hub in Mumbai, ensuring front-end analytics are relevant and adopted in local markets, including dashboards, models, A/B testing, etc.
• Responsible for developing and delivering Analytics roadmap for the market, identifying priorities and business goals to be driven or influenced by Analytics
• Creation of action plans for the market using analytics outputs and insights across digital, customer, campaign, and social media
• Support business performance tracking and analysis, insights generation to drive marketing actions, optimization of different processes along the entire sales funnel
• Manage end-to-end analytics activities including data reports, data enrichment, campaign KPIs and insights according to market-specific objectives
• Leverage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target experience in day to day workload and project deliverables
• Prepare customized localized analytics reports including optimizations and actionable insights for campaigns, consumer research, and asset adoption figures
• Manage and document key learnings and best practices based on historical performance
• Communicate cross-functional insights and analysis results to leadership
• Identify new analytic trends/data needs that build the client’s value case
• Work with businesses and functions to maintain/upgrade existing models
• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from initiation through delivery
• Work with functions to conduct scenario planning & analysis and interpret trends and variances
• Work with offshore delivery leads to build and execute analytics plans and priorities
• Test and Optimization - Adobe Target
• Instrumentation, deployment, and technical support
• Custom tracking/reporting requests with weekly updates
• Analytics and Tracking
• Support analytics (e.g., 1DS and AA) for the product and marketing websites
• Deploy and manage third-party tracking tags requests
• Update and manage tracking libraries to keep things current
• Extra attention is needed for any updates for the product, zero error tolerance, especially for signup flow. Need to verify each account mode for the product for staging and production.

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics; Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years) experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
• Background in digital marketing & analytics, marketing analytics strategy.
• Ability to translate business challenges into analytical and insights-based problem statements.
• Exposure to data science approaches like predictive modelling, customer segmentation etc. and impact areas in marketing a benefit.
• Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, with ability to gain client.
• PST Time Zone.

Bonus Points If You Have
