2-3 years Experience working for a boutique or a mainstream management consulting firm.
Knowledge of searching for sourcing for information using Secondary data.
Highly data driven individuals who can interpret complex trends
High ethical and professional conduct, should uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
Should have a proven ability of conducting market research studies using secondary sources.
Stellar ability to analyze and interpret past market-related trends, data as well as interpret them.
Ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs.
Proven ability to simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids such as Power Points, show by sample.
Should be able to create a proper Market research report that meets industry acceptable standards
Should be good with MS Word and excel functions, it is a plus if also good at PowerPoint creations
Able to work without any supervision and produce quality reports with tight deadlines in mind. They should understand that we work on demand.
Bilingual analysts, i.e French/ English, German/English, among other European languages gives an added advantage.
Mandarin language is also an added advantage.
