You should apply if

Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, industrial design, or experience working in a machine shop
- Experience working directly with customers (e.g. within service departments)
- Experience working with manufacturing suppliers and machine shops
- Comfortable working asynchronously and remotely in a digital workspace (Notion, Slack, Loom, Drive)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Must reside in the US and hold a US citizenship or green card
Would be nice to have also:
- Previous experience working for a tech company
- Experience with Manufacturing-as-a-Service platforms
About Jiga
Jiga was started by our co-founder, Assaf, who identified inefficiencies in the manufacturing market. After 6 years as a manufacturer himself, Assaf realized these needs had to be addressed.
We were founded in 2020, just before the first COVID lockdown. As we had to work remotely from day one, we learned to communicate in an async way to allow everyone to focus and do what they do best, wherever they are and whenever they want.

- 1 interview with the COO (30 minutes)
- Homework (1.5h)
- Meet the team (50 minutes)
