About the role
As the SDR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and coaching a high-performing team of SDRs responsible for creating new business opportunities for our Account Executives. You’ll be instrumental in driving our top-of-funnel sales efforts, partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop our SDR strategy, streamline daily operations, lead an engaged and productive team, and optimize lead generation efforts. You’re a confident, experienced people leader with a track record of managing engaged, high-performing sales teams. You bring high emotional intelligence and great communication skills, and are excited by the task of motivating and coaching individual representatives to reach and exceed targets. Data-driven and goal-oriented, you understand the numbers behind success and know how to hit quota.
