Who are we?
We're a fast growing early-stage startup providing text marketing & feedback tools to restaurants and are looking for a scrappy and entrepreneurial sales manager to lead a fairly new team of AEs and SDRs to accelerate growth. Our founders have participated in a $21M exit and been through the Y Combinator S22 batch.

Compensation
- Base + Commission = $180,000+ OTE (Salary is $100,000)
What will I do?
- Manage, coach, & development for a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
- Lead out in developing and executing strategies that enable Boostly to hit growth targets
- Interview, hire, & train new AE’s & SDRs
- Work closely with Customer Success & Onboarding to ensure cross departmental success
- Ensure that lead lists are created and properly distributed
- Manage and monitor team KPI’s
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and attitude to contribute to overall company success
