Who are we?
We're a fast growing early-stage startup providing text marketing & feedback tools to restaurants and are looking for a scrappy and entrepreneurial sales manager to lead a fairly new team of AEs and SDRs to accelerate growth. Our founders have participated in a $21M exit and been through the Y Combinator S22 batch. Boostly recently raised a seed round of capital from investors such as Gordon Food Service, Cathexis Ventures, Dragon Capital, Goodwater Capital, and others.

Compensation
- Base + Bonus = $130,000+ OTE (Salary is $100,000)
What will I do?
- Manage, coach, & develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Work closely with the Founders and VP of Sales in developing and executing strategies that enable Boostly to hit growth and retention targets
- Interview, hire, & train new CSMs
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure cross departmental success
- Manage and monitor team KPI’s
- Be a key point of contact for account escalation for your team
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and attitude to contribute to overall company success
- This is an in-office role
