The Role
Moxion is scaling quickly and with it our IT footprint is rapidly expanding. As Senior Manager of IT at Moxion, you will be in charge of managing the day to day IT needs of the company, budgeting and planning for the future, as well as making strategic decisions about how we grow the IT organization to serve the company's needs. Perhaps you have been known to wear a tin-foil hat from time-to-time… because… you just never know.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with HR to manage new employee onboarding/offboardingManage
- Procurement of all IT related hardware and software
- Administrate Moxion’s SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and Atlassian
- Design, implement, and manage the company’s network infrastructure

- Understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks
- Well organized & a natural leader
- Strong communication
- Obsession with security best practices
Bonus points for experience with
- Business infrastructure; ERP & BI platforms
- DevOps or Software Engineering infrastructure management
