As a Management Trainee Officer, you will be a part of a program spanning a period of 6 months during which you will be autonomously driving various projects within different domains while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

• Engaging impactful projects and assisting with day-to-day operations

• Demonstrating commitment and ownership of the exercises at hand

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other exciting learning opportunities

• Maintaining a healthy office culture

• Assist in company’s strategic planning and decisions

• Coordinating with teammates and colleagues with effective communication

• Getting familiar with company policies, protocols, and processes

• Creating impact by achieving targets and meeting set goals for any given project
