Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with the marketing training department, assist in the implementation of marketing activities in the region, and work with the sales manager to promote the sponsorship and exhibition of academic conferences in the region.
• Collect the academic needs of regional customers and hold regional marketing activities in a targeted manner; combine or innovate the academic ideas and needs of regional customers with the existing projects of the marketing training department.
• Conduct customer visits with sales managers and sales representatives, jointly formulate an annual center strategy based on the actual situation of the customer/center and allocate internal and external resources according to the strategic direction to meet customer needs. "One hospital, one policy".
• Through the collection, statistics, and analysis of regional data, we can find existing or possible trends in regional business, and provide them to regional managers and sales managers for analysis based on specific conditions, and make strategic adjustments accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, medical or pharmacology related professional background
• About 3 years of work experience in related industries
• Integrity, a high degree of independence, maturity, responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, enthusiasm, and excellence
• Good at tactical planning and effective implementation skills
• Able to be independently responsible for brand planning and implementation
• Familiar with MS Office office software
• Good written English skills
