Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice/opinion/analysis and training in relation to (i) any legal matters of the company or (ii) business unit’s initiatives
• Manage (including solving and negotiating) any disputes or legal risks of the company
• Oversee corporate action or transaction (M&A) including managing all relevant internal approvals
• Review all third parties contracts, term sheets, MOU, T&Cs, internal procedures, contract templates, and power of attorneys
•Conduct an internal legal audit
• Manage company’s intellectual property rights
• Manage company’s licenses and legal corporate documents
•Manage external counsel and notary of the company
• Manage communication or relationship with relevant government institutions (BKPM, etc)
Requirements
• Bachelor of Law degree. Having a master’s degree is a plus.
• +5 years of experience in the field of law
• Advance level of spoken and written English proficiency
• Team player and ambitious
• Highly responsible, motivated, independent, and passionate about the law
• Possesses the ability to adapt and have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Have excellent communication skill and social competence skill
