Working here:
The ideal candidate will be an excellent mix of an amazing leasing team manager (you can build and motivate a leasing team with the best of them), and unit marketing manager (you can advise and coach the current leasing marketing manager, who advises an overseas a team of unit marketing specialists), and property manager (you take complete ownership of our occupancy rate and rent roll).

Responsibilities:
Leasing Leadership & Management - complete ownership of portfolio-wide occupancy rates. Your scope of responsibility will include but not be limited to:
-Personally managing an overseas team of remote leasing agents - and inspiring them to reach their leasing potential
-Consistently recruiting and finding new overseas leasing stars and training them in our leasing process
Managing the property marketing manager - and helping them to review ads and providing feedback, innovating, and upgrading processes within the marketing ecosystem
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of property management and leasing experience
-3+ years in a supervisory or management role
-Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
-A knack for improving processes and finding a better way to do things
-Tech-savvy - can launch and integrate new systems
-Curious - always looking for new and better options and insights
-Positive and outcome-focused - when others complain, you find a solution
-You think like an owner in everything you do
Preferred:
-Prior experience working at Lease-Ups is strongly preferred
-Elite software and computer skills (coding a plus)
-Experience at a venture-funded early-stage startup
-Fluency in MSFT Excel and capability to manipulate and understand data
-Experience working remotely, and managing remote teams across geographies
