Job Responsibilities
Candidate will be working in a conducive work-from-home set-up
Verify and/or update records given through phone verification and online research.
Communicate clearly and gather the right info required for the campaign
Identify proper tagging after each phone verification has been made.
Gather pertinent info through online research and its reliable sources to secure quality data.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance Specialists and Team Leader
Suggest and or provide feedback on the tools used, processes etc.
Adhere to the company’s rules and regulations
Other tasks as required
Job Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or acquired intermediate education in any course
Any work experience related to basic research
