We are starting with the older adult population as they are at highest risk and fastest growing population in the US.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with React experience to join our small but very experienced engineering team. Ideal candidates will have fullstack experience in Python as well.
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle:
• Develop new user-facing features (like community games, and live peer-to-peer classes) for our growing Platform
• Construct reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Manage stages of the continuous development and release process
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
You Should Have:
• Professional experience (4+ years) in front-end web development, including command of a modern framework - React required
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as React, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Exposure to other programming languages that compiles into JavaScript - TypeScript preferred
• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
• Distributed version control experience with Git Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with responsive design
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Team player with excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ideal candidate also has some Python backend experience
