Job description & Requirements:
Collects, develops, analyzes, and communicates company data and other information to constituents throughout the company, to support and enhance informed decision-making, problem-solving, strategic planning, policy development, and institutional self-assessment. Performs applied research, designs executes, and evaluates analytical and statistical studies and/or institutional self-assessment. Designs and manages information systems and databases to support institutional research activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of other researchers and internal stakeholders (C-Level, Product team, Marketing team, Content team, etc) to plan research objectives and test parameters.
- Designs and conducts surveys (quantitative and qualitative), executes, analyzes, communicates, and consults on the results of ad-hoc, and tracks analytical studies using appropriate methods.
- Interpret the data, produce reports discussing research findings and provide recommendations at the end of the project.
- Use research results to write reports, papers, and reviews and present findings in journals and conferences.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing Psychology, Economics or related field
- Proven Research Conducting & Analysis experience; at least 2-3 years of experience directly related to research.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, or similar), databases, and MS Office
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)Strong analytical and critical thinking
