Responsibilities:
·       Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes;
·       Assist with proactive grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities;
·       Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service;
·       Prepare quotation for submission to clients and follow up on the status;
·       Updating documents and maintain sales records;
·       Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes;
·       Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries;
·       Any other job duties as assigned by Supervisor;
 
Requirements:
·       At least 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/client relations or business development in IT solutions industry; 
·       Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business;
·       Knowledge in IT is an advantage;
·       Experience with Microsoft Office applications;
·       Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
·       Excellent communication, good interpersonal skill and effective time management;
