IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Mac and Widows software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations through Microsoft 365 / Azure AD management.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Sciences / CS / Relevant Certifications.
• 1 - 3 years of proven experience in above domain in a reputed organization.
• Willingness to work and adjust in field and in office environment.
• Be an individual contributor and lead closure of his task list with extreme ownership
