Inventory Staff

Requirements:

• Familiar with stock inventory control related background
• Well understanding in the business process (Production, stock inventory, supply)
• Experience in performing excel & calculation
• Experience in the data processing
• Familiar and comfortable using excel and calculation
• Good analytical and problem solving
• Good knowledge of Google application
• Able to work with a team
• Ability to negotiate in terms of timeline delivery. Detail-oriented
• Good communication skills, both listening and speaking

Job Descriptions:

Inventory related

• Update inbound & outbound of goods to keep track of inventory
• Responsible for keeping goods always in good conditions
• Prepare inventory report including in and out goods from customer due to the error of delivery order (defect goods, incorrect items or number, etc)
• Assist in maintaining stock (including calculating allocation to another warehouse) of goods to avoid order loss or shortage
• Assist in stock opname and ensure its reliability (match stock between system and actual warehouse)
• Collect delivery orders (surat jalan) to ensure goods are received as requested

Production Administration Related

• Create and calculate PO for office inventory (OS & B2C channels)
• Collaborate with B2C Logistic team to monitoring delivery process
• Collaborate with B2C Logistic team as first-tier to resolve order issue within SLA
• Prepare data from B2C 3PL (Warehouse) and distribute to the related team (Business Development)
