About the role:

Authologic is developing a global eID Hub, responding to the growing challenges in the area of digital identity verification. As part of the expansion of global sales structures, we are looking for an International Sales Director, whose priority will be the strategic development of Authologic in international markets, outside the Latin America region.

Your task will be to identify the markets with the greatest potential for KYC/AML technology and independently build the presence of Authologic there. We are looking for a person who combines an understanding of fintech technologies with the ability to successfully open new markets and run complex international sales processes. This is a role for an independent manager who can translate the analysis of market potential into real business results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Global Expansion: Identification, analysis and entry into new foreign markets.
  • Full Sales Ownership: Independent conduct of sales processes from first contact (outreach) to closing contracts (enterprise closing).
  • Vertical Expansion: Exploring market sectors that need modern e-identification (e.g. iGaming, e-commerce, crypto, digital banking).
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring global regulatory trends and aligning sales strategies with local legal requirements.
  • Brand Ambassador: Representing Authologic at key technology and fintech conferences around the world.

Our requirements:

  • Experience: Min. 5-7 years of success in B2B sales in the SaaS, Fintech or RegTech sector on international markets.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (C1/C2) is an absolute condition. Knowledge of any additional language (e.g. German, French) will be a huge advantage.
  • Expertise: A deep understanding of the KYC, AML ecosystem and modern identity verification methods.
  • Networking: Ability to build relationships with C-level staff in large financial and technological organisations.
  • Builder's Mentality: Proven ability to open new markets from scratch ("zero-to-one") without ready-made infrastructure on site.
  • Proactivity: High internal discipline and ability to work in a dispersed, international team.
