Fivetran is seeking an International Payroll Analyst for timely and accurate payroll processing for our EMEA and APAC employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and should have exceptional communication skills. The International Payroll Analyst will report directly to the Global Payroll Lead and will work cross-functionally with our People Operations, Accounting and Sales Commissions teams.
As an International Payroll Analyst at Fivetran, you will:** **
- Prepare payrolls for employees in EMEA and APAC using Vistra, EY and PEO vendors.
- Working with 3rd party vendors
- Input payroll changes such as bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursements, and stock exercises
- Work closely with HR Operations to ensure compliance for all voluntary and involuntary deductions including benefits, pension, student loans, etc.
- Maintain payroll master file to ensure accurate payroll reconciliation for each pay period
- Responsible for calculating termination payouts
- Partner with global HR Ops team and external vendors on employee benefits such as LOAs
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Be able to research payroll issues, demonstrating high analytical ability, knowledge of best practices, and an understanding of local payroll tax and labor law developments
- Support system implementations and integration projects as needed
- PEO experience preferred not required
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of relevant international payroll experience
- Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables and other formulas) and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as ability to collaborate closely with other teams remotely
- Experience with high-growth companies and adaptable to a fast-changing work environment
